The board

Post an issue, a spend, or a heads-up. Put a date on a heads-up and it becomes a reminder. Same card, its own section.
One line telling you if anything needs you
Not a wall of numbers. The board leads with what's yours, then what's waiting on a housemate, then money to settle or says “all clear.” Tap a count to jump to that section.
Issue or need
Something to fix, or something to buy. Claim it, resolve it, reopen it if it isn't done. Add photos so nobody has to ask which tap.
Spend
A shared cost. Everyone's share is tracked separately, so you can see who has settled and who hasn't without asking anyone.
Heads-up
“My parents are staying this weekend.” No workflow, nothing to resolve. Just an acknowledgement so you know everyone has actually seen it.
Reminder
A heads-up with a date on it. Invite whoever needs to be there. It gets its own section on the board and its own day in the calendar.

You pay, or you get back. That's the whole vocabulary.
Split it however it actually happened
Type an amount for anyone whose share you already know. Leave a field blank and they'll split what's left evenly. Not everything divides by four.
One net figure per person
Every spend feeds one running total. You pay, or you get back. No pile of receipts to reconcile, and no “who owes who” arithmetic in the chat.
More than one currency at once
Someone books a trip in KRW while the groceries stay in MYR. Roomade keeps each currency on its own line instead of guessing an exchange rate.
Getting paid
Built for how Malaysian houses actually pay each other.
Settling up in a shared house is usually two steps: work out the number, then dig up someone's bank details. Roomade does the first and saves you the second.
Save your QR once. When a housemate goes to pay you, it's already on screen for them to scan.
Bank, account number, account holder. The details people always end up retyping into the chat.
Anything else you use to get paid. One link, saved to your profile.
Only people in your households can see these. Roomade never moves money; it just saves you retyping.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask
Is it free?
Yes, for now. There's no pricing while Roomade is in early access.
Is Android coming?
Yes. Android is in active development, with the same board, chat and settle up. iPhone is further along and gets the first invites; Android follows. Web isn't in scope.
Does it actually move money?
No. Roomade never moves money. It works out who pays what, then hands you the QR, bank details, or payment link they saved; you send it in your own banking app. Any currency works, and a house can track several at once, though DuitNow and Malaysian bank details are the ones built out properly.
Why not just use WhatsApp, or Splitwise?
A chat can't tell you what's still unresolved, and Splitwise stops at the money. In Roomade the conversation sits next to a board where the tap has a status, the shopping has a balance, and Friday has a date. The chat is for talking; the board remembers.
